From the harbor to your kitchen
A curated range of prawns, snow crab, squid, shellfish and fish fillets, selected for clean flavour, firm texture and dependable quality, then packed cold so it arrives ready to cook.
WHAT WE SELECT
Chosen for texture and flavour.
Every line in the range is chosen around three things: species, size and condition. Tiger and wild-style prawns for sweetness and bite, snow crab claws for delicate meat, squid for tenderness, and mussels, silver sprats and fish fillets for everyday cooking.
Each product page states the species, the form it is supplied in, the pack weight and the storage direction that applies to that item, so what you order and how to handle it at home are both clear.

HOW YOUR ORDER STAYS COLD
Cold is the one ingredient we add to everything.
-
01
Picked and graded
Species, size and condition are checked before anything is packed. That check decides whether a line travels chilled or frozen, so the cold chain starts with a decision rather than a default.
-
02
Chilled to the band
Between 5°C and 60°C bacteria multiply fastest. Chilled seafood is held close to 0°C and spends as little time as possible anywhere near that band.
-
03
Frozen solid
Frozen lines are held at -18°C or below right through storage and delivery. They thaw once: in your kitchen, never on the way.
-
04
Packed for the route
Insulation and cold packs are chosen for the species, the season and the delivery window, and sealed packs travel clear of meltwater.

Chilled
0–4°C
Held just above freezing and kept well clear of the warm band. Refrigerate on arrival and cook within the window printed on the label.
Frozen
-18°C or below
Held solid from the cold store to the door. Straight into the freezer, and thaw only the way the pack directs.
Storage life depends on the species, the processing method and the pack you receive, so the directions printed on the product label always take priority. If a pack arrives damaged or unexpectedly warm, assess it before use.
FROM BOX TO TABLE
One journey, told image by image.
A range, not a single species
The range covers prawns, snow crab claws, squid, mussels, silver sprats and fish fillets. Each one is chosen for how it cooks and how it eats, not simply for price.
The useful detail belongs on the product page: species, the form it is supplied in, the pack weight and whether it is supplied chilled or frozen.
Prepared for the product it is
Once selected, each line is graded and prepared according to species and product form. A whole prawn, a crab claw and a fish fillet do not share the same process, so trimming, packing and storage instructions follow the actual item.
Sealed packaging protects the seafood from handling and cross-contamination, while clear labelling connects the product to its storage condition and use-by guidance.
Cold, sealed and ready to store
An insulated delivery box protects the order on the final route. Chilled and frozen packs are kept sealed and supported with cold media chosen for the season and travel time.
At home, check that packaging is intact, read the product label, refrigerate chilled seafood promptly and return frozen seafood straight to the freezer. Thaw only according to the product directions.
SERVE IT SIMPLY
A method for each species.
Species, format and cooking advice belong together: high heat for prawns, a quick sear for squid, and gentle steam for mussels.

Tiger prawns, hot pan, short cook
Pat the prawns dry, season lightly and sear over high heat. Keep the cooking short so the meat stays plump and sweet, then finish with butter or a squeeze of citrus.

Squid in and out quickly
Score the body, cut into pieces and cook over high heat for a minute or two only. Longer cooking tightens the texture, so have everything else ready first.

Mussels, gently steamed
Steam gently with garlic, herbs or a splash of wine and follow the product directions for cooking time. Discard any shell that stays open and serve with the cooking liquor.

AT YOUR TABLE
Premium seafood, simply served
From a clearly labelled pack to a simple cooking method, every detail should make the seafood easier to understand and more confident to prepare.
Choose the product for its species, format and pack size, follow its individual storage directions, then keep the final cooking simple enough for the ingredient to remain the focus.
